Air fryer PB & J sandwiches
 

Ingredients

  • 2 slices low calorie bread (I use WW Bread)

  • 1 tbps kraft all natural peanut butter with sea salt

  • 1/4 cup fresh raspberries

  • Avocado oil spray

Directions

Crush your raspberries until you have a jam like consistency. Place the crushed raspberries on one slide of bread and the peanut butter on the other, then put them both together. Spray the outside with avocado oil spray! Cook in the air fryer for 4 minutes at 400F. Voila!
